Reserving records
We will reserve items for up to 1 week. If you live particularly far away then we can reserve things for longer (we're all heart). If you collapse and need a heart bypass or something then we could be persuaded to hold the records for a wee while longer for a holding fee (joke!)
Also you can pre order your records now. This is how (all very easy!)
We'll keep this as simple as possible without things being automated (which is far too expensive and impersonal). We've developed a system here which should work fine. So all you need to do is check through what's coming in and if there's anything you want to pre-order then you have two options. So get in touch and do either of the following:
- We can either send it out when it arrives so you'll "hopefully" get it day of release.
- Or if you reserve stuff weekly, to get every month or so, then they can just be added to your pile so you need not worry.
- Oh, and please remember to state which format you want!
- However, please do not reserve/ pre order items and then not contact us again. Apart from being rude it threatens our future business and stops other people from getting the same record (if it is a ltd release) It's also best to mail us to first so that we can confirm postage rates and availability.
